Music is a part of our lives. We listen music at home, while working, on the subway, while driving, while running, but many of us don’t think of music as much more than entertainment.
With the right music we can get straight into creative mood and create beautiful designs more easily.
I’m going to recommend you five splendid CD’s, from my personal collection, that may inspired you and help you create something fresh and beautiful.
Take a nice cup of coffee, listen, relax, let your senses be guide by music and inspiration will come.
Bella Musica Vol.5 by Jose Padilla
Jose Padilla offers a new and strictly personal selection of tracks, evoking positive feelings in a blend of various musical styles, ranging from classic to contemporary sounds.
Jever Präsentiert: Genau Meine Musik
“Genau Meine Musik”, compiled by Raphael Marionneau, contains 17 carefully chosen tracks, that call up associations with the sea, dunes and clouds; with people that achieve an inner balance by the energy of nature; with a natural world that rises above the stress and worries of our time.
Blank & Jones Relax Edition Five
The fine blend of Down Beat, Chill Out, House and Beach Bar Grooves. This year’s session was held in Santorini in Greece and begin once again perfectly with the music in photographic snapshots. Bring on the good vibes with “RELAX Edition Five”.
Pink Martini: Splendor in the Grass
From the languorous opening notes of the Neapolitan song Ninna Nanna, you know that the mini big band is set to take you on another journey through piazzas and dark alleys.
Claude Challe Presents Lovely Reprises By K’lid
Mr Claude Challe keeps presenting us perfectly unknown people from Morocco, or almost unknown. All the tracks of this cd were chosen by DJ K’lid in a very happy combination of what is so called “lounge music” and mainstream hits featuring interpreters like Natacha Atlas in “It’s a Man’s Man’s World” in a fabulous way, or Malik Adouane giving new clothing to “Papa Was Rolling Stone”. Just listen to it! And let your senses be guided by music itself.
What are your favorite music CD’s for inspiration?
Pretty nice selection, I must say! I believe I saw “Pink Martini” at my friend’s CD stack, gonna check it out maybe

Neat round up, Nikola. I’ll have to check out that Paddila’s compilation, even though the music I regularly listen to is quite different.
