Nice collection. All fonts are awesome but I like the Ferro Rosso and Metal Lord fonts most.

Do you happen to know what font is parents magazine?

Also I downloaded some fonts (loki-cola and the I dream of Jeannie font) from some site and can never get them to work. I put them in the folder with the existing fonts in my computer. I guess they’re not installed properly. I don’t know if you can help me with this one.

Neat idea for a post. Garamond in it’s various forms has to be an all-time achievement: to be part of the beginning and still be alive and kicking many centuries on.

myspace, arial rounded bold! We all know the story to arial, Although I have regularly used it for windows based PowerPoints to see it used like this leaves a slightly uncomfortable feeling. I would like to see the designer pitching the idea to the customer…

However a great way of showing the power of a typeface to communicate.

Canon font name is Denda New and it was designed by Fred Smeijers. More about the font in his book “Type Now” (http://www.hyphenpress.co.uk/books/978-0-907259-24-4).

“Denda – A contemporary sanserif initiated in 2000 by TBWA\Designers Company for their redesign of Canon Europe packaging. This typeface comes in four weights, in roman and matching italics: for use by Canon Europe in general publicity, manuals, and packaging. It is a custom-made design, not publicly available.”
